Our Shop policy:
1- Diagnostic fee, testing fee… is non-refundable but deductible toward repairs.
2- We offer a 90-day warranty for the same problem and parts replaced only. An extended warranty is available for purchase. To be eligible for warranty coverage, there should be no physical damage or tampering. Please keep and show the invoice.
3- A deposit (by credit cards, cash or e-transfer) may be required in advance if our estimate is accepted.
4- We do not take any responsibility for TVs, equipment, accessories, or any other items left in our shop for more than 5 days. If you do not pick up, your abandoned devices within this timeframe, they will be automatically recycled without your consent. After 5 days, a storage fee of $3 per day will be applied if you wish to keep your items in our shop while waiting for pickup.
5- Our shop does not take any responsibility for damage to the TV screen that may occur during transportation by the customer or during the process of our staff assisting the customer in moving the TV upon their request, nor for any personal injury caused by customers performing Do-It-Yourself repairs at home.
