Our Shop policy:
1- Diagnostic fee, testing fee… is non-refundable but deductible toward repairs.
2- 90 days warranty for the same problem and parts replaced only, no physical damage, no tampering with. Please KEEP and SHOW the invoice for pickup your devices and warranty cover.
3- A deposit (by credit cards, cash or e-transfer) may be required in advance if our estimate is accepted.
4- We do not take any responsibilities for TVs, equipment, accessories… left in our shop more than 10 days, your abandoned, no pick-up … devices will be automatically disposed of at Eco-station for recycled without your consent. (After 10 days, a storage fee will be applied at $3/day if you want to keep it in our shop, waiting for your pickup).
5- Our shop does not take any responsibility for TV’s screen damaged in customer transportation or our staffs helping customer moving TV as customer’s request.
